What information do we collect from visitors of our site and why?

Subscribe to our newsletter form

You can subscribe to Pro Artibus newsletter by filling the form in our website. By ticking the box ”Pro Artibus has my permission to send me information about their activities” in the form, you accept that your information will be saved in our Gruppo register of stakeholders.

From new register members we save only the name and e-mail address you have provided us with. If one has been in our mailing list for a long time already, we might hold information about that person’s postal address, phone number, organisation and work position. You can ask anytime a check-up, modification and deleting of your information. Any kind of request mentioned above should be done in a written form and addressed to Pro Artibus’ Communications Coordinator.

Pro Artibus uses cookies on its website. A cookie is a small text file sent to user’s computer and thereat retentioned, which enables internet websites administrator to identify frequent site visitors, to ease users’ logging in to the site and to enable composing combined data of users. With this feedback we can continuously improve our site’s content. The cookies don’t harm users’ computers or files.

Pro Artibus uses cookies in a manner that we can provide our customers with data and services according to each individual needs. We also use them for statistical purposes. Right to ask for deleting personal information does apply to personal data that we have to keep for administrational or juridical reasons or reasons connected to data security.

You can also ask us anytime delete all your information from our Gruppo register of stakeholders. Request to delete your personal information should be done in written form and addressed to Pro Artibus Communications Coordinator. Unsubscribing from our newsletter can be done by clicking the unsubscribe link from the bottom of a newsletter you have received to you e-mail. Unsubscribing from our newsletter does not delete your information from our register of stakeholders.

 

Where do we send your information

The legislation requires the same level of protection for personal data transferred by European citizens outside the European Economic Area as if it were in Europe. In addition to the list where the personal data is transferred, it is also needed to tell how the European level data protection is achieved by you or any third party. This can be done, for example, on the basis of an agreement, such as a Privacy Shield, model clauses or binding corporate rules.
